More of this type of feature please. I enjoyed it. Would have loved to see how you prepared the steamed efo that you put in the takeaway bowl you later put in the noodles. Looks very healthy and easy. Can just imagine having bowls of that in the freezer, ready to be made into fresh efo riro or just as a steamed vegetable side or in anything really.
