My people how are you???!!! How was your weekend? Hope it was amazing? I had a turbulent weekend. One minute I’m fine, the next I’m feeling poorly. On Friday I was feeling very ill, by Saturday I thought I was better. Sunday night I started feeling ill again… Anyways, how are you doing? Don’t forget that the first to leave a comment wins airtime recharge! So hurry 🙂 In other news, my cousin, the Duchess of Cambridge is preggers! Whooop whoooop! Bros Williams is not taking it easy at all!
The highlight of my weekend was Saturday… I was invited to see the stage play The Wives by Olawumi Heavens, I’ve only been to one stage play in my life (London Life, Lagos Living) and that was fun. So I said, oya oh, lesgoo to Terra Kulture…Bobo didn’t come with me so I went with Shade. When I got there I met Wanawana and Glory of the Inspired By Glory Series. Wanawana is such a sweet lady and I sense it that she’s an amazing friend to her besties, she just gives that kind of vibe: objective, supportive and inspiring!

Had a few minutes to kill and I was starving so we just branched Ocean Basket for their sumptuous delicacy. I love that place, especially their jollof rice! The times I’ve been there, it tasted just like party jollof: you should try it. I even did a review a while ago, see it

Back to the matter: there’s a reason why Saturday evening was the highlight of my weekend…it’s because I laugh body scatter! Please tell me you saw The Wives…ah! You missed if you didn’t! It was so hilarious! Everyone killed their role and I am now a new fan of Odenike aka Pumpkin! Oh gosh! She was the last wife of Chief Gbadegbeshin and you can imagine all the things she did with his coffin, the most hilarious was when she took a selfie with it! The crowd erupted with laughter…there was not a straight face in the audience.
Baby pumpkin’s nickname for the late Gbadegeshin was “Tiger”…LOL. and she threw us into fits when she said to the coffin “I can remember how you died in my arms, you kept saying you were coming, you were coming WHEN you were going!”…Nor be small laugh we dey oh. Please I cannot be describing this play to you: as I left Terrakulture it was just paining me for all of you that missed out. See ehn, next time there’s a play, you need to be there. You will LOVE it! Welldone Olawunmi, Odenike, Cool FM’s Kaylah, Evaezi OgoroDiabuah & David Azeez. It was written by Prof Ahmed Yerima and directed by Kenneth Uphopho Amazing!

On Sunday was thanksgiving in Church, but because I was feeling so ill we got to church late and could not participate in it ( we were meant to do our wedding thanksgiving oh). Anyways, we’ve moved it to next month since RCCG only do it the first Sunday of every month. I go invite una. After Church we stopped at Ikeja Mall to pick some items and I grabbed a huge burger from STEERS…
I was munching when Bobo showed up with Mr Ken! Ken says he reads my blog and he recognized Bobo (Bobo went to the ATM machine) so he came over to say hi. I was overwhelmed because I assumed most of my readers are 25 and below…it made me excited! I know alot of you don’t leave comments but I appreciate you, like I said before you are the egg in my eggroll, without you I am just puff-puff! I met about 4 blog readers yesterday who stopped to say hi at Shoprite: I love una!
