I am happy because today is the #InternationalDayOfHappiness and this has inspired me to think about things that make me truly happy right now:
MY SON’S SMILE
I don’t need to explain any further, his smile and laughter makes my heart go jigijigijigi – I never love anybody like this before and I’m truly happy for the gift of motherhood and my son.
CREDIT ALERT!
Anytime I receive a credit alert I do a little kukere dance in my head. No matter how small the amount is, it always puts a smile on my face. Money good oh!
CONSTANT ELECTRICITY
Recently we’ve been suffering more-the power is out most of the time. Things like ironing clothes, using a washing machine for laundry, microwaving food, using the air-condition have become luxury. So anytime the power comes back on I’m happier.
GOOD FOOD
You know about my love for food-I believe eating good food is one of the greatest experiences God gave me freely. I LOVE GOOD FOOD. No guilt! Whenever I’m eating something really flavourful and delicious I give silent thanks to God.
GOOD HEALTH
When my whole family is in good health, it makes me very happy. No hospital runs, no high temperatures, no injections, medications, no medical bills! If you have a healthy family it is something to be extremely happy about!
FREE WI-FI
It is rare to go somewhere and connect to free wi-fi in this country. It makes me truly happy when my phone automatically connects to wi-fi and I don’t have to spend mine.
What makes you truly happy?
Sleeping and doing nothing makes me happy, very very happy lool, but i must say free food, free wifi, hanging out with my little friends, people dashing me money and just watching movies makes me happy.

Getting alerts or cash gifts,spending them as I want, very good food, being surrounded by good friends & God make me really happy. But I've learnt to rely, depend, expect happiness only in God because He is the only constant. The others are so unpredictable that if I depend on them to be happy, I would be emotionally unstable.
