On Sunday, December 6th, over 80 people attended Ruff ’n’ Tumble’s Exclusive Red Carpet & Shopping event at the Ruff ‘n’ Tumble Flagship store in GRA, Ikeja, Lagos. There was so much excitement in the air as yummy parents, excited grandparents and cool kids arrived to witness the fabulous and fun event.
As promised, Ruff ’n’ Tumble brought kids and fashion together to create a Fashion Explosion! Kids came all dressed in their favorite Ruff ’n’ Tumble’s and graced the red carpet in style and swag. The guests were totally astonished as Ruff ’n’ Tumble’s trendsetters confidently interviewed parents and kids on the red carpet, as well as Nigeria’s most loved celebrity mum; Dakore Egbuson-Akande. All guests enjoyed an exclusive Christmas shopping from Ruff ‘n’ Tumble’s Christmas collection and kids received a gift bag with a pencil case, colored fun markers, jotters, shoe and hand care products.
The event was covered by Nigeria’s talented photographer, Kelechi Amadiobi and was indeed an exciting and amazing way to start the festive season. It was an awesome celebration for kids and adults! Here are some fun pictures from the event.

It would have been nice if they have a kid Dj on the wheels of steel. This days their are software that make it easy for anyone to do all those stuff done by Dj's.
I love the part of the young girl interviewing her age mate, it would have been nice if everything is controlled by this young cuties. The brand Ruff 'n' Tumble is well recognised as children's brand, and it's of international standards, I just feel they could have prepared well for this event, trained every kid that will handle every aspect, like ushering, presenting, dance (hip-hop, ballet, cultural etc) , entertainment, every activities should be the children giving the adult a piece of the future, of course with adults supervision, but they should be behind the scene.
I hope next year will be better than this, with early preparation, nothing is impossible.
More power to their elbows…
My sister recently told me about Ruff and Tumble. She gets her kids clothes from there. When my sister visited the U. S with her family, people told her that her daughter looks like one of the Obama daughters and her son, Jaden Smith. That should give you an idea of how good they look. I have not been to the store but given what I've heard, it's a high-end shop that delivers unique quality wears for kids.
