MONDAY CHIT-CHAT: FAMILY TIME…

Hello my dahlins! How una dey? No need to ask about
harmattan because e don go…suddenly everywhere is hot…I really preferred the
harmattan period o…great for snuggling. So what did you get up to last weekend? I’m excited about this week because of the posts I have lined up, so nor waka far from my blog oh. Before we go on, have you nominated SISIYEMMIE at the Nigerian Blog Awards? Please do…e jor. Ile ise yin ko ni jo na oh…(your business will not catch fire).  Click HERE to nominate SISIYEMMIE for categories 18, 24 and 27. Dazzzzzal! Please follow the instructions. God bless! The first to leave a comment + email wins airtime recharge , so leggo!

My weekend was fun and draining, not as if I went anywhere but because I had a full house and it was fun; I’ve been
begging my sister to send my nieces over, send them by air, by mail by bluetooth , any means sha…LOL. I was missing their ijogbon…especially that Riwostic and I got
double dose this time around. Momsy was around too 😀 meaning I’ve not been cooking 😀
Ehen, Aunty Riwostic talks (she insists we all call her aunty). She will sit and have an adult
conversation with you. The new one she dey talk now is “correct yourself”… the
thing can pain. When you say something that she thinks is wrong, whether in
public oh, whether at home oh…she will just say with that tambourine voice, “aunty
correct yourself” LOL. No respect… She’s very bright…I know everyone says thinks their nephews and nieces are the bestest, brightest, cutest kids ever but this particular babe, is too sharp. I got 2 compliments from total strangers who told me “your daughter is very intelligent especially for her age”…nor be me born am oh but I claimed the glory. Sorry mama Riwo. LOL

Tutusco remains the observer…she still stares at me like ice
cream and she’s much more animated now. She can sha vex for state…. E be like
say na me she resemble…when she came she had a cute afro on, but she left with
basket hairstyle…what do you call it oh. Basket abi? I miss them…sniff sniff

Tutosco loves to drive!
At the airport we stopped to eat oh, naim we order for jollof, dodo and fish, and then fried rice, fish and moinmoin…we wack the thing without asking for price…when the bill came it was 7000 naira….ah!!! What did we eat? Just 2 plates and rice and fish and dodo and moin-moin…I just do like big babe pay but the thing pain me. Next time ask for price before you start ordering for food….it tasted nice sha…
We got  pizza and ice cream too the day before. Red velvet flavour was yummy!
On Sunday evening I caught myself on Spice TV…I was On The Couch with Ariyike and the topic was divorce…yeah I know. Some of the questions I answered were: 1. Does social media lead to cheating ? My answer is this: NO. Pesin wey wan cheat go cheat without social media, did people not cheat on their spouses back in the day? They did nah…it’s just that social media is now helping their market, it’s a tool….not the cause. What do you think?
That’s all folks! I spent the rest of my time sleeping and watching yoruba movies…
I wish everyone the best this week!

Ps. Nigerian Blog Awards don start oh! Click HERE to nominate SISIYEMMIE for categories 18, 24 and 27. Dazzzzzal! Please follow the instructions. God bless!

  1. what a coincidence…on the same topic Sisi Yemmie, so much so that there are actually websites out there set up for married people seeking affairs. Imagine that! Stumbled upon one today & it is boldly called "AMDW" (see site http://www.bolababs.com for full abbreviation, they don't deserve publicity again, thus the abbreviation :). AMDW is based in North America & they've got a bold slogan too. We are certainly living in an era where the good/the bad and the ugly things mean sure means living the life positivily!
