My people how una dey??? How was your
weekend? I am extremely excited today, why? It’s because y’all are awesome,
clap for yourself and chop knuckle! Why am I hailing you? Wait I dey come, let
me do my weekend run down first… *rubs hands in glee. As usual, the first to leave a comment wins free airtime recharge and today’s own go big because I’m in a good mood. Infact, the first 2 comments + email will win! 2 winners! Les go deer!

The traffic on 3MB last Friday was
terrible! Ah! By the time I got home ehn, all the visions of going to see a
movie disappeared oh, I just jejely chopped dinner and went to bed. Traffic
humbles me like that.
Saturday: Hmmmm what did I do? I went to
Opebi for dress shopping,  I have an
event coming up and I have nothing in my wardrobe that fits the occasion so I
decided to go shopping, I never buy cloth for naija in the past 4 years, I entered
one shop like that, this one was for guys and the price tag revived the fear of
God in me, 250000 naira for a shirt? A shirt? That’s over £500, na which kain
shirt be dat? Men, will you actually pay that amount for a , a, a, shirt???? Na
wah oh
After my Opebi waka, I decided to go to
Computer village, that place is the hub of everything technical, there’s
nothing they can’t fix there, that’s why when I was told that my ogbanje
blackberry I bought few months ago is 90% percent dead, I believed. I just
pocket the phone and went back home. Who wants to sow the seed of a new phone
in my life? Allow yourself to be used.
Later on that evening my sister and I went
to see a movie and I will tell you categorically that it is one of the best
movies I’ve seen in a while, it was a Nollywood movie, Lagos Cougars, I can’t
even believe I have been dodging this movie, it was soooo funny and just too
real. I enjoyed it so much, you want the review? See it HERE
Sunday: I wet to Church and I enjoyed the
service, Pastor Stephen Rathod visited and I got every word that was meant for me,
even if I forget everything he said, I won’t forget that he reminded me that God
loves me Personally, Passionately, Powerfully and Permanently. P-Square don
spoil things, immediately Pastor said Personally, in my head i said “persona pesonally, habatically..”
After Church I went for an event, Beauty
Xtraordinary was opening their Salon and Spa in Opebi, it was fun; plenty small chops,
drinks and goody bags, you know I love osho free things. You should check them out! 1st floor , 12 Osho Street,Oregun Link Road Opebi.

From the Opening we went for dinner at
Radisson Blu again, I just love the cool breeze eating by the ocean and the
melodius voice of the band playing. It was very relaxing and refreshing, I
almost forgot about Monday! Ehen, I heard that my babe Mariah Carey came to town, e pain me say I miss. I love her voice! 

Now I can finally tell you why I think
y’all are the best: the winners of the Nigerian Blog Awards were announced last
night and I got FOUR AWARDS: Best Designed, Best Humour, Best Personal and
NIGERIAN BLOG OF THE YEAR! ! I wanna thank my daddy and my mommy, Bobo, Iya
Bisi aunty mi Alaba, and  boda Shola wey dey our former compound…. In fact, I
need to write a proper speech ! Una too much! Chop knuckle!

  60. Dragged oga to ICM to watch it oh, we were there two hours before the movie schedule, I jejely bought the tickets and made him chill at rhapsodys' else he changed his mind, in the end na him laugh pass.
    But I didn't know what Daniella did in the end can actually happen in naija, (˘̯˘ )( ˘˘̯) and as for Uche, did she actually get away with it, asin she just continue to dey change 'em boys?
    Mona was jes killing her role, she was really into it, the expressions she portrayed nailed it, oga jes dey hail her, I jealous small,lol. And her son in the movie(shawn) is a fine lad, hope to c more of him, my home girl Diana Yekini killed it also, loveddd the movie. Congrats on your awards, more to come. Cheers
