On Friday Bobo came to Lagos so I went to pick him up, my geography of Lagos is still not sound and I was not surprised we ended up on the way to Shagamu…nitori Olorun how did we get there??? After driving around and asking questions, we finally got home like 3 hours later…by then my plans for seeing any movie in a cinema had disappeared but we decided to watch The Bestman Holiday at home. AGAIN. I can never tire of that movie! I’ve replayed that scene where they danced over thousands of times! What do you think of Bestman Holiday? Did you think it was going to be a cry cry movie? I like that it reflects reality sha.

On Saturday I went grocery shopping…house was empty, no foodstuff and I wanted to try out a new recipe so I went to Ikeja City mall…e don tey wey I reach that side. LOL, the recipe I tried was fantastic and I can’t wait to share it with you! I bought jollof rice, fried rice, chicken, cookies, cakes, meat pie, chicken pie fish pie, all from Shoprite, by the way their jollof rice was on point oh. Never go shopping when you’re hungry!

In the evening I watched
Knorr Taste Quest, the auditions were hilarious! They asked one contestant,
“What is a canape”, bros replied “
A canape is like an umbrella“, dude probably was thinking they meant Canopy. They asked another one “
What is a 3 course meal” ? sister said
“A three course meal is Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner”…chai! I laugh belle scatter.
On Sunday, I attended
#METAMORPHOSIS2 at
Muson Center…that was an Experience! To be honest, when I received the invite from
Mrs Jumoke Adenowo I never knew it was going to be a Church type thing…I didn’t even know what it was going to be about and I AM GLAD I DID NOT MISS it!
Bobo went with me too, he said the place was filled with estrogen. LOL. It was enlightening, it was inspiring and just an awesome time in God’s presence! Where you there? I met
Tara Durotoye,
Omoni Oboli,
Stephanie Okereke Linus and more! The best part of being there was the warmth I received personally from
Mrs Adenowo, I like special attention. Ha ha ha. Bless her!
Ps. Her hips do not lie! Check out the foundation
