If you’ve been watching my vlogs you will know that I LOVE Suya and my favourite spot right now is the one in Ogudu (in front of CCD)…I love the price ( N200 per Chicken stick) and their Yaji mix is just right! I have begged, cajoled and offered to pay for that Yaji spice recipe but the aboki no gree, quite understandable. LOL. You have to protect ya market!
However, he dashes me some of the Yaji mix often and I thought of another way to use it. I made a “curry”-it reminded me of those indian curry’s.This one is simple to prepare and all you need you probably have in your house. It’s perfect with basmati rice!
