It’s the 5th day of this year and it seems like the year is running already! Ahn ahn….the holiday just came and went like that. Na wah oh. Everyday cannot be Christmas so it’s back to work Monday! How does that make you feel? What’s on your mind this morning?
How body?
My own body dey inside cloth but my mind and heart dey another place. I spent the whole of last week just strengthening myself for when Bobo leaves. Where did he go? Him travel. And it’s going to be for a while….so Bobo will be absent from the blog for a couple of months. Eees like this long distance relationship has started again, only that now we are on another level – long distance marriage.
At this point I feel like I need to start writing a book about my experiences. I miss him… *big ugly cry . I wanted us to spend last few days going out (wakajugbe wife) but he preferred to stay home and just chill…that makes sense, why go out, eat out when I can spend that time giving him nice home cooked meals…so I made sure I prepared my Sisi Fantastic Efo Riro. He will miss that. And me. Thanks to everyone who wished Bobo a happy birthday (he’s a January 1st baby).
Announcement! RCCG fasting don start oh… have no fear, it is 40 days only pere!!! Thank you Jesus! I was just secretly praying that it should not reach last year’s 100 days. If you want to sow great seeds into your year, now is the time to start. Don’t now be coming in October and be saying “had I known”… I have my prayer points ready!
Scroll down, I took about 4 hours from my time to make this 2 minute video clip to usher you into the new year. LOL. When you see these videos from me know that it took a lot of time and effort to be produced. Let me explain….it takes me at least 30 minutes to do my make up and fix my hair, then I spend another 20 minutes setting the camera, testing the microphone, making sure my neighbours generator is not disturbing the sound and praying that my gateman’s children will keep quiet for the duration of me filming. Filming can take 30 minutes to an hour, depending on what I intend to say and how many gbagauns I’ve committed. After filming this one, I used about an hour to edit, and thats because it’s a short video, if it’s those long ones with senrenren na 2 days I go use. So you see, this video is special. YOU MUST WATCH IT!
