Hello lovely people! How was your weekend? Mine was awesome!!!! Tiring but awesome! Pesin nor fit tell una say e nor well again? I cannot tell you that I have malaria? Uncle Yomi (Bobo) since Friday, he has probably crammed all the barney songs by now because they’ve been watching it together. Me I’ve been chewingumming Tutusco, she’s just too cute and smiley everytime except in this photo below.

I finally made my hair after months of just being lazy and carry the afro, I had it made into twists…looks totally different and I’m glad I don’t have to be coming hair everyday. Whew…Oh I made Banga Rice on Saturday before the wedding…you know eeees nor good to go to wedding without eating, dem fit jump your table when dem dey serve food. Has that happened to you before? We all went for my friend Biodun’s sister’s wedding on Saturday…the last Owambe I attended was mine so I was pretty excited about this one. We for listen when my sister say make we leave Riwo for house, that babe is a handful, talks a lot and cannot stay put. She kept walking around the hall and raising her dress so everyone can see her pata. LOL. Bush warri geh. So her mommy had to punish her by telling her to sit still. That’s the worst kind of punishment for kids.

Two highlights on Sunday: I was invited to Labule Restaurant and my oh my I wasn’t disappointed to be there. The food was finger licking delicious. I went with Bobo and my sister…we had amala, gbegiri, ewedu, egusi, ayamase and we had huge chunks of Kpomo/Ponmo! God be praised its not been banned. You will see the review soon. Later on Bobo and I met up with Berry ! She’s a blogger and one of the few I’ve met up with. We met at Jazz hole in Ikoyi. I came with Bobo and my sister and she came with her husband. We’ve been planning a double date for a while so when she told me that Temi Doll Face was going to be at the Jazz Hole…We decided to go. Trust me, after the Amala it was a tough decisioin to make whether we should go home and sleep or go to the event.

Berry and Cakes are such a lovely couple, we didn’t really get time to gist much (I could tell Berry loves gist)…so hopefully we’ll hang out more and get to know each other better! Coincidentally Bobo attended Berry’s party once when they were teenagers…see how small this world is? Anyways, thats all folks! I wish everyone a fantabulous new week!
