Hey lovelies! How was your weekend? Mine was fun because I spent it doing stuff I like to do! Like eating, eating, eating! LOL. No oh….by the way I noticed my skirts are tighter and jumping, my dresses are shrinking, who are these small people living in my wardrobe and making my clothes smaller???!!! Well, Bobo and I had to go to the mall over the weekend to pick up fitness gear for the gym. It’s about time we both got fit: walking to the car, walking up the stair and doing arumba style does not count as exercise anymore. We have to up our game. We shall present to you a Bobo with 8 packs and a Sisi with flat belle and ukwu soon! This is quite counter productive on the ibeji level sha… LOL.
Don’t forget that the first to leave a comment + email address wins airtime recharge. Friday was Semilore’s birthday!!! Yup, he’s a big boy now and 2 years old…how time flies! I made sure I went to their house to have my own share of the cake sha and collect my party pack. I launched the cup this morning. LOL.

The highlight of my weekend was attending Tobi Atte’s The Convo’s in Lekki at the Nike Art Gallery. Before I went, I made my hair into this beautiful updo, I love it! I think that’s what I’ll rock for this week. Because I love you all, I filmed a video on Sunday about how I styled it…hopefully will upload it this week as soon I edit it.

Speaking of videos I updated our Honeymoon post with the video oh. On Friday I posted photos of our honeymoon suite and the Burj Al Arab and a tour of that gawjus hotel! Fayaaaa! Click HERE to see.
Back to Tobi Atte’s event: It was a relationship event but not your typical relationship event. Tobi Atte is is a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, and certified Life, Relationship, Faith and Motivational Coach. He is the founder of IJUSTMETME and hosts the Relationship Discovery Series in New York. He also a contributor on Love Lounge airing on Ebony Live TV, and also on BellaNaija.com (you might have seen him a couple of times). I was so impressed. Do you know I sat through a 4/5 hour talk without falling asleep? I guess Tobi can do that. He’s got a good sense of humour and he delivered. Next time you see any of his events. Do attend. You won’t regret it.
Here are a few points I picked up: “If you’re not ready for ministry, don’t get married because marriage is a ministry“ …that got me thinking, what is Bobo and I’s ministry? Na God go show us. “People will treat you as good as they know how to, not based on what you’re worth or how you’d like to be treated”… Tobi also talked about how people end up with someone who they believe has 99% of the qualities they want in a partner but are missing a critical 1% i.e you marry a man that is hard working, successful, loving but does not believe in God, or does not respect women. That 1% that is so critical will cause problems and destroy the other 99%. You gerrit?
Ehen, I think that was my first time in a gallery and I was like a kid in a candy store…just strolling about looking at beautiful art on the wall… so creative. Have you been there? I won’t forget to mention that I met alot of people especially those who read my blog. It was lovely to meet you all! I thought we were going to meet Naija Husband and Naija Wife especially as Tobi mentioned them but we didn’t. Who do you guys think they are in real life? Where do you think they live? I’m curious!!! LOL

In the evening we made friend rice and the whole process was fun. Sorry, ko si picture.
