We are Marching Forward… my weekend was great, I actually cannot complain. Oh…I think I can! What is going on in this country? Fuel Scarcity in Lagos! I dey vex oh! Anyways before I start ranting, be reminded that the fist to leave a comment + email wins airtime recharge.
Let me start with my Friday…I had so much work to do that day even after writing a to-do list I could not do all and it bothered me, I was hoping to fuel my car that evening and I bought “jerrycan” for the generator too, oya now we reach Oando, no fuel, Total nko? No fuel. Ah! My tank was already on red light, I just jejely drove home, all my waka I nor fit go.
On

Oh, I didn’t drive to the event, I took a taxi and they collected 2k from me. Chai, this fuel do me strong thing. By the time I got back from the tea party I was already calculating how to get fuel, na so I jam one taxi guy wey dey show me round Lagos the time wey I still be JJC and he took me to buy black market. For the first time ever in my life I bought black market fuel! I bought 30 litres for 5000 Naira. E pain me. But at least I got fuel. No need to panic on Monday morning.
On Sunday I went to Church and it was Thanksgiving Service yay!!! I always enjoy every thanksgiving service…ha ha ha there’s this man that always gives the entire church a fabulous dance, a rababa kind of dance and he’s always wearing either a white or golden colour agbada, and swinging it different ways! Everyone looks out for him! If I wore an agbada too I’d dance like that!!!
Something funny happened in Church, this cute baby kept tugging at my hair and in my mind I’m saying, wig ni mo wo nitori Olorun, this baby should not expose me oh and then next thing I knew the lady behind passed a note to me. I burst into laughter when I read it! Of course that has to be on the blog! LOL.
We also had baby dedication in church, 3 girls and 1 boy, our members have been busy doing the work of the Lord-going forth to multiply. I dey slack. I enjoy listening to the baby names because I’m compiling the list for my 10 kids, but one name caught my attention, Halleluya. Yup. That was a baby’s name, kind of cute. Short form na Halle abi? (is that Halle Berry’s full name? just wondering LOL)
Later on I went to Ikeja mall to buy foundation from MAC and they didn’t have, is it just me or EVERYTIME I go that MAC Store they never have anything? That’s very poor. Can’t they always restock before they run out? Foundation pere! I wanted to buy some items from shop rite but it was like Oshodi market, I quickly ran out! Soooo crowded and the queues on the till was very long!
By the time I went to bed I was a happy bunny because you all have been voting for Bobo and I in My Big Nigerian Wedding, voting was meant to close yesterday, try vote today in case e never close. Vote
