- The first step is to wash your tomato, pepper and onion and blend
- I love using croaker fish for my fish stew because it hardly scatters and looks nice, Bobo loves croaker fish. Now wash your fish and fry.
- Heat the pot you will use for cooking the stew, add the oil used in frying the fish, add chopped onions, add a cube of maggi/knorr and some curry and thyme. The aroma this produces for your stew will not let your neighbours rest.
- When the Onion is fried, pour the blended mixture in a pot and cook the mixture till it is as dry as possible. Stir continuously to avoid burning. Now reduce the pressure of your cooker because it is best fried on medium heat.
- After it has stewed thoroughly I add the fish, making sure not to crowd the pot and allow to keep stewing for about 10 minutes. I do not cover the pot at all in this stew process. Love eating fish stew the day after because the stew would have marinated it properly
- You can serve it with Rice, Yam, Beans, Dodo. Everybody loves delicious stew
