MUST READ: IS DISNEY READY FOR A GAY PRINCESS? ARE YOU READY FOR A GAY PRINCE?

We're back to this gay issue...again! Ok.. this time Sally Kohn, a writer for CNN tweeted and wrote an article on CNN that Disney to start making cartoons that showcase  gay culture...as in a princess will marry a princess and a prince will marry a prince. Read some of the excerpts below.

Excerpts :
"But of course I want to see children's films go a step further and actively reflect the full, positive diversity of families in America today -- including gay families like mine. After all, we're talking about Hollywood -- land of the gays and those who love them! Is this really too much to ask? Gay rights are sweeping the globe, supported morally and politically by an overwhelming majority of Americans

So yes, it's high time that we have a Disney movie in which a princess marries a princess. And a prince marries a prince. And a plumber marries a schoolteacher — for crying out loud, why must everyone be royal and rich?!"

What do you guys think? Do you support the argument that Disney should introduce more gay characters in their cartoons? a movie with gay princes and princesses? Let me know!

  3. Please let us keep the innocence of our children!!!! the fact the CNN lady feels she was born that way doesn't mean it right or true. Disney is entitled to their opinion but they should take a stand like Chik-fil-a and speak up about what they really feel about gay movies.
If disney makes a gay movie their is a 95% chance they would go in to bankruptcy

  4. Omo, we have finally lost the plot. So we are taking the gay campaign to children now?? Sometimes I wonder if there are actually more gay people than straight because they gay community seem to scream the loudest!

The media is about to completely desensitize our world. I guess the strategy is to exposed kids to homosexuality so their generation wouldn't make a big deal out of it as they come of age.

    Crazy, crazy world...I tell you.

  6. I'm all for human rights and loving whomever you want, but exposing a gullible, impressionable child to such a difficult, Godless path to me should be classified as child abuse. It is one thing to give moral support to a child/adolescent who thinks they may b gay, and it is another to TEACH them to be gay (because like it or not, children learn from what they say on TV). No, No, No! Silly fanatics like this Sally person have totally lost the plot.

  9. Oh please why? These children deserve their innocence and to snatch it away from them using a strong medium such as the Disney movies is to me is the sneakiest thing ever! There are so many complex things about life and they have the rest of their lives to find out. Why not teach them the basic lessons of life - teach them how to be strong and independent and think for themselves. Then when they grow they can make their own decisions. Besides, I thought they said one was born gay? If that is the case they wouldn't need to watch all that to learn about it. If that ever happened, it will be goodbye to Disney for my kids.
