Sea Salt Scrub

The Sea Salt Body Scrub is an exfoliating scrub made with pure sea salt infused with natural shea, cocoa and organic essential oils. I use it twice a week sometimes Mondays and Fridays evenings. It helps to remove dead skin cells, stimulate skin circulation and promote detoxification. When was the last time you exfoliated your skin? After I scrub with the salt, I follow up with AJALI Butter Body Souffle which leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth like a baby’s bum-bum…It is a moisturizer made with pure whipped shea and cocoa butter infused with organic essential oils. It melts instantly onto your skin. It rejuvenates and repair damaged skin cells, fade scarring and stretch marks, seals in moisture and even provides mild sun protection.

BENEFITS OF EXFOLIATING

Our skin exfoliates naturally on its own, but exfoliating ensures that it happens quickly enough. Damage from this 9ja sun, hormonal changes, and aging slow down the skin-shedding process, and the production of new skin cells also slows. This can lead to undesirable changes in skin’s texture and appearance. By removing “old” cells, the skin naturally looks younger. You get that glow! Is your skin looking dull? You need to scrub it!

Exfoliating daily can maintain improvements in skin appearance and reduce the occurrence breakouts.
Another benefit of exfoliating daily is that moisturizers will be better absorbed afterward. This can smooth wrinkles, reduce the roughness and dryness of skin, and make it more pliable.
Exfoliation can also stimulate collagen production, a protein vital for healthy skin.

I would recommend that the order of application is to use an exfoliant, followed by a moisturizer, then sunscreen.
