This is what I eat in a day to lose weight: Nigerian food, easily accessible to me. A few years ago (when I just had my baby) I was looking for foods to eat but most of it was "oyinbo food" and not available or cheap. So in 2016 and 2017 I tried studying the kind of food I ate and how I can mix them up to lose weight and so far it has worked! From my research, to lose weight you have to burn off more than you take in so portion control is a major for me. Also I change the way I cook some meals and ingredients I use.
