I found this sauce in Shoprite, used it, loved it and share a Spicy Stir Fry Spaghetti Recipe and Spicy Chicken Wings Recipe using it. INGREDIENTS
4 tablespoons Poi Poi Sauce
1/2 Onion
1 Pack Stir fry Beef (Buy from shoprite)
2 Green Bell Pepper
2 Red Bell Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Curry
1 teaspoon Thyme
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
PREPARATION
- Thinly slice Green and Red Pepper and Onions
- Heat up a wok or fry pan, add 2 tablespoons olive oil, and allow to heat up.
- Add onion first and allow to fry for 1 minuted before adding sliced vegetables. Add thyme, curry, pinch of salt, seasoning cube and salt.
- and stir fry for 2 minutes, then transfer to a plate.
- Using the same pan, add more oil and allow to heat up
- Add stir fry beef add a pinch of salt and allow to stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the PoiPoi sauce to the beef, combine, then add the stir fried peppers and combine it all and allow to stir fry for a minute.
Serve with Rice, Yam, Potatoes or anything you wish.
