The Knotted wrapper was one of the fashion trends of 2013 in Nigeria that we all fell in love with! I never tied my wrapper that way although I was tempted to on one occasion but the velvet wrapper was too thick, who knows, maybe I'll try this trend someday. Some ladies use velvet for this but more recently the trend switched up to silk Iro and Buba. Are you still loving or tired of this trend and today the question is this... should it stay or have you had enough of this Knotted wrapper trend?

DeleteIt has come to stay. It is not going away soon.
ReplyDeleteI think it's cute. Not for me though, cos I hardly ever tie wrapper.
ReplyDeleteIt needs to go abeg. i've seen enough. sigh
ReplyDeleteI still think it's cute. I've never worn it but then I haven't worn buba and iro in over eight years. Maybe even ten.
ReplyDeleteKnotted o. Not knotted.
ReplyDeleteI wont be caught dead in iro and buba.
I didn't even wear it for my trad and im yoruba.
Its soooo lovely. I think it as come to stay.
ReplyDeleteIts very pretty, but it doesn't suit all blouse styles (the sixth picture). Ladies should try and switch it up sometimes depending on the style of their blouse
